CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept any requests to change or cancel your order once it has been placed on www.codecollective.sg. Once an order has been made, we will not be able to make any changes including but not limited to a change of colour/s, change of size/s, adding or removing an item, or change of recipient’s name, delivery address, and email address.
You may choose to return or exchange the item/s (brand new with tag and in its original condition) for store credits within 7 days from the date of your order’s arrival. Should you require to proceed with any return or exchange, you may wish to reply to your order’s email thread or drop us an email at sales@codecollective.sg and we will get back to you within 24 hours on the process.
